Same here. Windows 10 will not work for updates. My old mac with snow leopard 8.6 worked and registered lifetime maps and updated to the latest map and onetime traffic camera update.

I like the unit. The 4.3 screen works better for me than a 5" one. The only criticism is the mount does not come off the unit.
