The Garmin 1390T i ordered online from TigerDirect says that it has 3D building view,the same unit the 1390T ordered from Future Shop or Best Buy or the Source does not have this feature, does Garmin make different features for different stores,you would think these units would be the same ,the unit version numbers are all the same, or is Tiger Direct making false claims.

You're typically left on hold for 20-30 minutes before getting to speak to a human being.
I've experienced much better success sending Garmin an email (1st thing in the morning before leaving for work) as they take 24-36 hours to reply. Simply type the info in an email and email it to yourself. Then in the morning you can just open that email, copy the content and email it to Garmin. Time is usually limited in the a.m. so this is a nice shortcut.
