This is an absolute impossible task. Trying to deal with Pin numbers and all other security questions is unreal. For Seniors who just want a little bit of help Centrelink sure makes it hard.
I know we are retired and shouldn't mind the inconvenience, long wait on the phones, unassociated questions etc the line just goes on and on.
Guess you have to laugh and get over it but it is so frustrating when all you want to do is talk to a person.
