I came upon this thread looking for instructions on how to set the speed alerts on my new Nuvi. I found the answer - but I am not happy about it. My old Tom Tom would give an alarm at 3 mph over the limit and would allow me to set another alarm fort a specific speed. Very useful features - I may go back to my old GPS.
